Our job in the service department is to keep you happy by keeping your Harley® motorcycle healthy. The service department at Harley-Davidson of Dallas boasts some of the best trained and most experienced service staff in the industry. They are here and ready to serve all your customizing, repair and maintenance needs.
When considering service on your motorcycle, we ask you to consider not only the labor rate, but the number of hours it takes to have your service completed. Harley-Davidson of Dallas staffs PHD certified technicians who have met the stringent educational qualifications set forth by Harley-Davidson Motor Company. This means that, while our service rate may be a little higher than some other shops in the area, the hours it takes for our expert Service Department to complete a job are less, resulting in an overall lower cost to you. And all services are performed according to Harley-Davidson Motor Company factory book labor times, so there’s no guessing or overages. The bottom line is always the same…you get what you pay for. So check around and make sure you know what’s included in your service and all of the costs, before choosing your servicing dealer.

The service technicians at Harley-Davidson of Dallas have a combined total of 62 years of working on Harley-Davidson motorcycles, with 35 of them having been spent working at this shop. That’s a lot of experience in your corner! Basically, our turnover is very low and we like it that way. Once you find a technician you can trust, it’s a comfort to know he’ll be at the shop the next time you need him.

Monday - Saturday, 8:30am - 7:00pm.
Mon - Fri appointments are available.
Saturdays are non-appointment (first come, first served).
