The Factory-Backed™ Pre-Owned Program.
Factory-Backed™ Pre-Owned means all eligible motorcycles have been rigorously inspected and road-tested to ensure they'll meet a Harley rider's high expectations...That customers will receive many valuable benefits, including a factory warranty, Harley Owners Group® Membership and "ULTRA" level Roadside Assistance. Factory-Backed™ Pre-Owned means that you can have all of this peace of mind at the price of a used bike.
* Factory Limited Warranty: Some motorcycles may still be covered by an H-D factory warranty. Eligible models are available for the purchase of an extended warranty. This warranty is in addition to any remaining new bike factory warranty and is just one of the many ways we've got your back if anything goes wrong. Be sure to ask an associate for details.
* Roadside Assistance: You'll also receive one year of Roadside Assistance at the "ULTRA" level, as defined by the H.O.G.® Roadside Assistance Program. Coverage includes fuel/fluid replacement, travel expense reimbursement and unlimited towing to the nearest available dealer, if ever needed. Certain restrictions and/or inclusions apply.
* HOG Membership: Part of the appeal of purchasing a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle is the genuine H-D experience. Factory-Backed™ Pre-Owned bikes are required to meet incredibly high standards, so you can rest assured that you're getting the best of the best. In addition, all Factory-Backed™ Pre-Owned customers receive the true Harley-Davidson experience and an official welcome into the H-D family with a complimentary, one-year H.O.G.® Membership.
* Certification Inspection: All factory-Backed™ Pre-Owned motorcycles must pass a thorough inspection that is performed by our trained technicians. Inspection highlights include the engine, transmission, tires and wheels, cables and fluids, to mention a few.
* Performance and Road Tests: To ensure all Factory-Backed™ Pre-Owned bikes meet our strict performance standards, trained technicians utilize proprietary H-D diagnostic tools to identify any current or historic system problems. The motorcycles are then road-tested to verify that there are no discernable issues with leak down, compression, start up, idling, etc.
