Last October at age 62 I checked off one more item on my bucket list, buying my first Harley Davidson. My last road bike was 42 years ago and certainly not a Harley touring bike. A little over a year ago now and some 12,000 miles later I am the very proud owner of a 2012 Roadking Classic. One of the best decisions I have ever made. My sales team of Chris and Greg explained each motorcycle in detail while I sat on each of them attempting to make my decision. Not easy, many great choices. Johnny made the purchasing/financing not only painless but almost fun. The parts department is always great and its fun to visit with Jason and the rest of the parts team. The gals were great helping me pick out my new attire and offering suggestions. The service department is first class. Dealing with Shane, Brandon, and the team is always a pleasure. Admittingly, I did experience one questional issue during my last service visit. Questional in that I really don't know if I caused the problem or the dealer. In the end it did not matter, Shawn took immediate action and fixed the problem at no cost to me. These guys know what they are doing be it bike performance or customer satisfaction! This most recent experience is in fact why I am sharing this testimonial I really enjoy the many events Amanda puts on at the dealership. The recent Chili Cookoff was good fun and great Chili. I purchased my first Harley just the other day from this dealership. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile on their face and seemed to really be enjoying what they do. My wife and I were introduced to an entire range of service staff members. It was exciting and I never felt rushed. The staff really wants the customer to have a great experience in that store. My wife and I have purchased 3 new bikes from Dallas HD as far back as 2006 until just recently (Jan 2012) a 2012 CVO Street Glide. And, 1 used bike to total 4 bikes. Each time we were treated with professional and experienced sales staff and financing. Through the years it is just as, or more important to us that we received superior service. I am writing this note to let you know about one individual in your service group that has gone above and beyond superior customer service and in today's times it is very rare in my experience. Shane Huntemann took a call from me on a leaking gas cap for my CVO Street Glide. Shane took this service call to be a personal objective to follow to resolution. Shane worked diligently to troubleshoot the issue and resolve this. Since that time, Shane has taken the time to lead me in getting another seat for my bike to augment our riding experience. I feel that Shane and all the staff at Dallas HD are honestly looking out for the customer and that is a rare quality in a market today of "sell it today and service it later". I have never had that experience with your dealership, but I have heard stories of other buying nightmares with dealers in Dallas. I was in Dallas for my daughters wedding and just stopped in for a couple of T-shirts. I met Dorian when we walked in and we started talking about bikes. I had 2 already but the more we talked I realized this was my new home. Everyone was so friendly. To make a long story short, by the time we had left I had traded my 2009 Ultra Classic for a 2012 RoadGlide Custom. I have been to every dealership in Oklahoma City and have never been treated as well as I was here. I came back to OKC and loaded the Ultra Classic on my trailer and went back the next morning to pick up my FLTRX103. When we left I had shook hands and /or hugged every person that worked there. It was really an unbelievable experience. The bike is GREAT....I LOVE IT. Thanks to Dorian and Amy for everything and can't wait for my next visit. I am working on a list of accessories. I will be a customer and friend of Harley Davidson of Dallas Allen Tx. for life...see you all soon.

This is my third purchase and was my best experience. I was surprized that they took my auto on trade. Not only did they give me a very fair price, they beat what the auto dealers were offering by 3 k! I purchased a 2012 road glide with extra's. Service did a great job as well. The bike is amazing looking and runs great! I will recommended to anyone who is considering purchasing a HD!

I bought my first Harley few months ago (I used to ride Japanese bikes, sporty ones). The whole Sales experience was top notch (and I am used to have great sales experience, my cars are both luxury ones, Lexus and Mercedes Benz AMG and always buying them in the same dealer/same sales person). The delivery of the bike was spotless. Matt Jones (the Sales Rep) knew what he was talking about, took the time to show me models that matched my requirements. After delivery of the bike, I went to the dealer a couple of times to get some accessories installed, every time that I go there they do a great job, prices are very fair and the bike is returned to me in perfect shape. Last Monday I went to the dealer for the 1000 miles service and to install the new LED headlights and a couple of other accessories, all the work was done properly, ready on time and the bike was perfectly clean (looks like brand new again !). Even though the dealership isn't the closest one to my house, I have made multiple trips back to you guys to buy clothes, pipes, and other accessories for my new baby. My little brother & I made a day trip through 9 Dealers around DFW. It was a total blast! 610 miles, 11 hours seat time, 14 hours overall. We really enjoyed meeting everyone. I recently had my bike repaired at HD of Dallas after having an accident and I must say they did a bang up job. John in the collision department worked with my insurance company to assure that every little scratch was attended to and covered. He sat down with me and helped me decide how best to put my bike back together. When any issues came up he contacted me right away with options and kept me informed of the progress throughout the entire process. There are other shops in the Dallas area that are more convenient but none that are better

Matt Jones and Chris was very helpful and the buying expierence was very easy. Chris went way out of his way on my metric trade[ other dealers was not as helpful] . I drove a long way to buy from them, if you don't go see Matt you will spend more money else where. Service has been Great.

I had been to two other dealers in the DFW area before going to HD of Dallas. HD of Dallas was by far the best. I started with an E-Mail and got a response the next morning. The other two took several days to answer. The employees here know their jobs and were a great help to me. The price and service I received were the best in the area. Great bikes, great crew why go anywhere else!

I had a very bad experience with Dallas Harley Davidson in Garland after an accident & getting jerked around at top dollar with a store manager who could care less about his customers. Then I went to Harley Davidson of Dallas. What a difference! I was very stressed over repairs & upgrades I wanted at the Garland store but the Service manager Shawn in Allen worked with me & set me up with John in insurance since it was an accident which started this journey. Much better prices & service on everything. Finally had someone to help & I could relax & get my bike finished how I wanted. Even learned alot working with H.D. of Dallas in Allen. John rocks. EVERYONE was friendly from start to finish. My bike is awesome! A special thanks to JOHN & the SERVICE DEPT & ALL the staff in Allen. You have my business from now forward. And I can relax !

Mr. Langford I am sending this email to congratulate you on your choice of personnel through out your store, i purchased my 2011 ultra classic limited at the end of march and have since spent many hours of total enjoyment on our nations beautiful back roads and forfronts, my expierence with Harley Davidson of Dallas has been topshelf to say the least, from the very sweet ladies that sell me apparel to the very patient and knowledgable guys that sell me parts, your sales staff is great i feel like i have a new friend in josh who blew me away with his knowledge of Harleys in general which was very instrumental in clenching the sale, However, your service staff, stands head and sholders above the rest bar none, jimi whom i believe to be of service mgr or writer type status has taken ownership of my harley purchase from day one, not just advise, but, direction, which upgrades to do first, an so on and so on he had me sold from day one, brandon treats me the same way, but, the real test came around august 12 or 13 of this year, i broke down, i'm sure you have been there and i don't have to tell you what a total feeling of helplessness you have in that instant, i did everything i new to do, an then i found in my tourpak one of jimi's cards, i made the call, jimi imediatly flew into a zone that gave me the confidence that he was out to circumvent my problems with as little inconvience on my part as possible, he spent time walking me thru resetting control, then had a truck pic me an my bike up an brought bac to the dealership, all this in less than an hour, upon arrival they gang around my bike like a team of scientist on a nasa space shuttle there was jimi, brandon, josh my sales guy, and hatem,the mechanic who has worked on my bike numorous times with various upgrades, they diagnosed problem in just a few minites, this sir is where it gets interesting, problem somthing with injector module, part that harley regulates an they have to order, cant be here before monday, im scheduled, thru several months of planning to go on a week long ride starting friday evening, its thursday, im about to start making phone calls to all my gys to give them a heads up that im dead in the water here, not gona be able to make the ride, vacation shot, all is plummeting fast in my world, your service team spends about an hour checking, calling, deliberating option, then jimi aproaches me with, jack if i can get you your bike by late afternoon/early evening tomorrow will yu still be able to make your ride, they did, i made my week long ride no problems,issues nor glitches, the bike performed as flawlessly as your staff, i remain in awe with your whole store sir, jimi's next evaluation should not read any thing but exemplary, i honestly dont believe i could have gotten this type of genuine care and concern for my automobile as well as my personel interests at a mazzerati, or porche dealership my hats off to you sir, i am working on 8000 miles in 5 months and couldnt be more happy with my purchase, i cant stop telling people about my bike, or your store, and this story, my next bike will diffenantly come from Harley Davidson of Dallas Sincerely Jack Avery Sent from my iPhone

I have a 2010 FLHTP I bought used. Because if it being a police bike I had concerns on how it had been treated. There were some issue with noises and smoothness of shifting and acceleration. So I took it to the Allen dealer to have the 20K service done. Their service department fix issues with the shift linkage and also replaced the front compensator. They found where the fairing had a broken mounting bracket on the inside making it rattle. Needless to say, the difference now in how well my bike handles and sounds is like night and day. I bought the bike with 15K on it, by the time it hit 20K, I was begining to wonder if I should have bought the bike because of how it was starting to sound and handle. I now feel great about the bike again since the Allen store completed the 20K service. Many thanks to the service advisor Jimi, Service manager Shawn, and the unknown tech who did the work on my bike.
